Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting activities, including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger functions.Manage cost tracking for projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.Prepare periodic financial reports to support business decision-making.Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting principles and company guidelines. Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Extensive experience in accounting operations, ideally within a manufacturing or cost-focused environment.Strong understanding of job cost accounting and financial reporting practices.Proficiency in accounting software; experience with SAGE 100.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications:Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Skilled in identifying process improvements and implementing efficient workflows.Knowledge of GAAP and compliance requirements for financial reporting.Prior experience supporting audits and working with external auditors.Comfortable adapting to hybrid work environments and managing multiple priorities.REF #51500
