Junior Front-End Developer, Digital Experience

Our flagship brands, LiftMaster® and Chamberlain® , are found in 51+ million homes, and 14 million+ people rely on the myQ® app daily.Role And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsive front-end code for DTC websites using HTML and CSS, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneouslyUpdate and manage content within content management system (CMS) components, including uploading and organizing images and documents, applying appropriate tagging, and ensuring content accuracy and consistency across the siteTransform UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD) into high-quality, functional web experiences, anticipating technical constraints and flagging risks earlyImplement and evaluate A/B testing and experimentation variants, providing recommendations based on technical findingsInvestigate and remediate complex front-end bugs and performance issues, identifying patterns and reducing recurring issuesExecute QA checks and engage cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases, helping refine criteria and processesLeverage browser developer tools to debug and optimize front-end performance, connecting findings to broader site healthManage a Kanban workflow across higher complexity tasks, anticipating blockers and adjusting priorities accordinglyCollaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver seamless digital experiences, helping shape technical direction in early discussionsEvaluate and refine front-end development processes and standards based on hands-on experienceComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededRequirement2+ years' experience working with Figma (including Dev Mode) and/or Adobe XD2+ years of experience with D2C websites2+ years' experience exporting and optimizing images and assets for web use2+ years' experience using browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools)1+ years' experience with content management systems (CMS) for contentauthoring and updates, headless CMS experience is a plus1+ years' experience with cross-browser testing and debugging and Familiarity with agile or Kanban-based workflows.This is a Hybrid Oak Brook-- IL based roleThe pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $103,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
