Role and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring drone flights, managing communications with our clients, and working with our operations team to fulfill all deliverables. Full-time positions are available. Work closely with the operations team on daily business Perform necessary technical tasks in SITE’s platform as directed by our leadership team Assist with internal business processes, organize and develop communications with team members, clients and vendors Complete required administrative tasks to fulfill daily duties Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone and email Assist in processing data sets from various media sources Focus on reaching and achieving company weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: One-three years’ experience in a business or tech work environment preferred Knowledge of technology industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite applications Highly organized and attention to detail required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a laser-like focus on meeting deadlines and adapting to client requirement changes Experience with photogrammetric software preferred but not required Coachable, open to learn
