Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Commission eligibility Potential pay increases at 90 days and annually Advancement opportunities in a growing company Pleasant work environment Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities: Explain car wash packages to customers and convey key differences between them Provide excellent customer experiences Safely and promptly direct vehicles onto tunnel track Maintain a neat and clean working area Perform daily cleanliness tasks assigned by management team Follow company's guidelines and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Previous customer service or car wash experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
