LPN / RN – Home CareMertztown, PA (Berks County)Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a private duty home care case in Mertztown, PA. This position involves providing skilled nursing care and hands-on support for a patient with ongoing respiratory and personal care needs in the home setting.Responsibilities:Monitor oxygen levels and respiratory statusAdminister breathing treatments and prescribed medicationsProvide skilled nursing assessments and ongoing patient monitoringAssist with turning and repositioning to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdownMonitor and maintain skin integrityProvide incontinence care as needed, including changing briefs and ensuring clean beddingMaintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient statusCommunicate changes in condition to the appropriate partiesRequirements:Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN licenseExperience with respiratory care and oxygen monitoring preferredComfortable providing total care and hands-on assistance in a home settingReliable, compassionate, and attentive to patient needsCurrent CPR certification preferredSchedule:Friday through Sunday3:00 PM – 11:00 PMThis is an urgent need for a nurse who is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently in a private home environment.
