Agent Team Member

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Agent Team Member to join our State Farm office. In this role, you will support the agent by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office operations, and assisting clients with their insurance and financial needs.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer phones, schedule appointmentsProcess insurance applications, policy changes, and claims documentationMaintain accurate client records and data entrySupport marketing and community outreach effortsAssist with billing and payment processingCollaborate with the team to achieve office goals and provide excellent customer serviceActively promote and sell State Farm Insurance products and financial servicesFollow up with leads and referrals to build and maintain client relationshipsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or administrative roles is a plusProperty and Casualty license and Life, Accident, and Health license recommended, or willingness to obtain prior to start dateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systemsPositive attitude and a team player mentalitySelf-driven, motivated, and able to work independently to meet sales goalsThis is a sales-driven position , where you will actively engage with clients to identify their insurance and financial service needs and provide tailored solutions.
