SOW (Statement of Work) Specialist

Job Title: SOW (Statement of Work) SpecialistLocation: Hybrid – 1–2 days per month onsite (Alpharetta, GA or Las Colinas, TX)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekOverviewThe SOW Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs) and revisions. This role supports Procurement Operations by reviewing and redlining SOWs, initiating approval workflows, coordinating legal reviews, and ensuring contracts are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities- Manage SOWs and revisions from initiation through execution.- Review and redline SOW terms to ensure alignment with procurement standards and rate cards.- Initiate and track approval workflows in Fieldglass.- Coordinate reviews with Legal, Risk, and Privacy teams when required.- Serve as a primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.- Route approved SOWs for signature via DocuSign.- Identify issues early and work with partners to resolve them.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- 2–4 years of contract or SOW management experience.- Experience with Fieldglass or similar VMS tools.- Experience with ServiceNow or similar systems.- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Pay Details: $38.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
