Scheduling Coordinator

About The RoleAs a Scheduling Coordinator performing remote on-call scheduling work, the job involves ensuring the organization meets optimal service for client needs. This includes filling open shifts, responding to emergencies outside of regular office hours, adjusting anticipated schedules, and more. This role reports to the Operations Manager.This is a remote and part-time position; however, successful candidates must reside in Texas or Indiana.Scope of Duties- Ensure zero open hours at any time, and all shifts are staffed.- Respond to the on-call emergency line on weekends, holidays, and after-hours.- Manage and document time off requests and incidents.- Handle Caregiver missed clock-ins and clock-outs.- Coordinate schedules around client admissions and discharges.- Record Client and Caregiver shifts or activity changes.- Update the healthcare management platform.Requirements- On-Call Hours: Fri 5 pm PST till 8 am PST Mon - $600/weekend shift.- Additionally, the following holidays will require work, with an additional $300 stipend for each holiday: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.- Task-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and innovative.- Strong attention to detail.- Enjoys complex challenges with many moving pieces.- Highly organized and skilled at multitasking.- Ability to collaborate and foster strong relationships with both clients and caregivers.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.Benefits- Life insurance of $25,000 – 100% company paid.- No-cost Employee Assistance Program, including mental health counseling sessions, financial coaching, provider referrals, and childcare resources - available 24/7.- Ongoing career enrichment, educational opportunities, and leadership coaching- No-cost comprehensive training and orientation lunch.- A family-first, family-focused culture with a supportive team to work alongside.
