Operation Support Engineer

***Remote***** Summery:We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Support Engineer with strong experience in application support, database query handling, and security/auditing practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tomcat, Oracle SQL queries, and Windows Server administration, along with a solid understanding of security and vulnerability management.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for applications running on Tomcat.Run and troubleshoot SQL queries against an Oracle database for reporting, debugging, and data validation.Perform Windows Server administration tasks, including monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.Support auditing and compliance requirements, including log reviews, access controls, and evidence gathering.Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with InfoSec teams.Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response.Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution of production issues.
