This role is on-site in Redmond, WA.This role is responsible for the precise management of materials and logistics to ensure project build schedules are met, operating within a laboratory or stockroom environment.ResponsibilitiesManage on-site material replenishment and distribution for program needsTrack and maintain inventory against the Bill of Materials (BOM) for upcoming buildsVerify alignment of physical goods, packing slips, and order confirmationsPerform stockroom operations, including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle countsPrepare materials for builds in accordance with established proceduresIdentify and expedite material shortages to meet Clear-to-Build timelinesCoordinate outbound shipments, including domestic and international logisticsTrack inbound shipments and ensure timely receipt and accuracy of deliveriesExecute daily operations in accordance with SOPs, best practices, and work instructionsMaintain lab and stockroom organization in compliance with EHS and 5S standardsIndependently resolve material and build-related issues using available resourcesCommunicate risks, delays, or concerns to supervisors in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needsSkills And Qualifications5+ years of experience in inventory or materials management within an operations environmentHands-on experience managing physical inventory and prototype or build-related materialsStrong understanding of inventory terminology, including BOM, shortages, and clear-to-build processesHigh attention to detail with accurate data entry and reporting skillsProficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracyProactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels of stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 25 lbsPreferred QualificationsExperience with purchasing or procurement processesExperience working closely with engineering or prototype build teamsBackground in laboratory or technical stockroom environments We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
