Fox Pest Control dispatchers play a crucial role in our team by ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective service. They efficiently schedule appointments and deploy our skilled technicians, which helps us deliver the high-quality pest control solutions that our customers have come to expect. Manage and optimize scheduling and routing to stay ahead. Fill routes, prepare, and send reminders to customers. Communicate regularly with the inside sales team and branch operations managers. Understand each branch's geography, technicians' home locations, and capabilities to schedule accordingly. Ensure high availability of same-day and one-day appointment timeframes. Reschedule appointments with customers individually or through the customer service team as needed. Collaborate with Branch Operations Managers/Branch Managers to ensure high availability of same-day appointments. What we are looking for: Detail-oriented, hardworking, and reliable. Outstanding multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Quick learner, able to work well both in teams and independently. Confidence in using technology, particularly PestRoutes, Microsoft, and Google Suites. Experience/Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites. Who is Fox?
