Talent Development Manager

Our client is looking for a highly driven and adaptable Talent Program Manager to lead and execute key Talent initiatives through strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.This is not a traditional HR or HRBP role. Instead, it is a data-driven program/project management position within the Talent function, focused on driving execution and adoption of ongoing initiatives rather than designing HR policies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive execution of Talent programs and initiatives end-to-endLead rollout of a new Performance Management process and platformPartner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and progressTranslate Talent/HR data and analytics into actionable insights and next stepsSupport development and enhancement of Talent tools with a strong focus on user experience (UX)Manage multiple projects simultaneously with an agile, execution-focused mindsetIdeal Candidate ProfileHighly stakeholder-focused with excellent communication skillsStrong program/project management experience (preferably within Talent/HR environments)Proven ability to drive initiatives forward independently in fast-paced settingsExperience working in smaller or high-growth organizations where adaptability and ownership are keyComfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform decisionsOpen to using AI tools and automation (experience is a plus)Strong attention to UX and end-user impact, especially for internal tools/platformsTech StackGSuite, SlackWorkdayVisier or Tableau (analytics)AsanaExposure to custom-built HR/Talent analytics tools is a plus
