This is an excellent opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up in a progressive, high‐tech manufacturing environment. Many employees who start in this role advance into full‐time Machine Operator positions, making this an ideal entry point for individuals seeking long‐term career growth.Work Schedule (Required – No Exceptions)This position follows a 2‐3‐2 rotating day shift schedule, and applicants must be able to commit to one of the following:Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday (7 AM – 7 PM)ORThursday, Friday & every other Sunday (7 AM – 7 PM)If you are unable to commit to one of these schedules reliably, please do not apply.Attendance and schedule consistency are crucial for effective training, seamless team coverage, and operational success.CompensationStarting wages: $17.50 (based on experience and employment history)Career GrowthPart‐time General Laborer roles at Quad serve as a primary feeder pool for advancement into Machine Operator positions.
