A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearance are required.**Job Summary**This position requires working with at-risk adolescents 12 to 18 years of age. Behavioral Staff are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Staff will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities.**Work Hours**Hours worked are primarily second shift with weekends and holidays.
