Learn more about us here.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Financial Data Analyst to support both accounting and finance operations. This role combines financial analysis, revenue operations, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement, with a strong focus on systems and automation.You’ll work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership, with most processes running through Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial data, improving workflows, and building scalable reporting processes.ResponsibilitiesOperationsManage accounts receivable processes from quote-to-cash, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections follow-upMaintain and audit sales commission structures in spreadsheets and OdooWork with department leads to improve data accuracy and reporting processes in OdooPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting on revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational KPIsSupport improvements to sales and operational processesFP&ABuild and maintain financial models and operational analysesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planningDevelop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadershipPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersIdentify repetitive finance tasks and improve them through automation and AI toolsMust HaveBS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, revenue operations, business operations, or consultingStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and pivot tablesExperience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or LookerUnderstanding of accounting fundamentals, including revenue recognition and AR/AP processesComfortable writing scripts or automating workflowsStrong communication skills and ability to explain financial insights clearlyInterest in using AI to improve finance processesNice to HaveExperience with Odoo ERPSaaS industry experienceExperience using AI or LLM tools for workflow automationExperience working in a high-growth environmentCompensation and Perks:Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter BenefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals$100 towards a work-from-home office setupEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employeesThe estimated annual compensation range for this role is $85,000-$100,000.
