Support Positions At Summit PizzaThe employee is responsible for support positions pertaining to restaurant functions.Previous work in a restaurant is not necessary although is highly recommended. Proficient in the following: self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality. Pleasant, polite manner, neat and clean appearance. Ability to positively work as a team member to ensure appropriate standards are met. Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities. Must possess good positive communication skills for working with diverse staff. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in daily restaurant activities. Must be able to count money and produce change fluently for any money handling positions. Must be able to proficiently use and navigate a map for driver and management jobs.Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in timely and effective manner in accordance with Summit Pizza's policies and procedures. Maintains a favorable positive working relationship with all company team members. At all times provides a favorable image of Summit Pizza to promote its vision and mission. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.Hours may vary. 15 to 40+ hours. Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant front of house level. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45+ pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot and cold equipment. Work safely and responsibly with power motor driven equipment.
