Home Health REGISTERED NURSE 6-8hr shifts in Spring Hill, FL:**$40 per hour**Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities:Willing to work 6-8hr shifts in Spring Hill; M, W, F 10a-4p, but shifts vary; must be comfortable with providing for all patient needs including, but not limited to, toileting, helping with showers and other ADLs, tube feeds and medication administration through tube, meal prep. approximately 18hrs/wk, but could be more depending on the scheduling needs.Provide one on one home nursing care visits, and patient education in accordance with the providers plan of treatment.Maintain accurate and timely documentation using online base EMRMonitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and or needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informedProactively updates client/patients’ family with regards to plan of care, health changes, and concernsMake a difference by using your clinical experience to assist our patients recover in the comfort and privacy of their own home.Medical Specialty:Comprehensive AssessmentMedication managementPatient teaching/ education**Education and training paid at $35/hr**PRN Employment with weekly pay and direct depositHoliday payWe offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatmentsHome Health RN (Registered Nurse) Requirements:Current unrestricted RN Florida license.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.Minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health agency preferred. Strong clinical skills; Analytic/Critical thinker. Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.Ability to drive within expected territoriesCurrent AHCA Level II background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively. Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
