Title: Payroll ManagerSalary: $120,000 – $140,000Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Join a well-established, financially stable organization with a steadily growing workforce of approximately 150 employees• Take full ownership of the in-house payroll function with direct exposure to senior leadership• Play a key role in a dynamic construction environment with union payroll responsibilities• Attractive compensation package paired with strong executive support• Standalone role offering immediate impact and long-term influencePayroll Manager Key Responsibilities:• Oversee end-to-end, in-house payroll processing for roughly 150 employees on a weekly and/or biweekly schedule• Administer both union and non-union payroll, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements• Manage, audit, and maintain payroll records within ADP to ensure accuracy and on-time processing• Handle payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings• Collaborate closely with HR and Accounting on employee updates, reporting, and reconciliations• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and union payroll regulations• Generate payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits as requiredPayroll Manager Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, including full-cycle processing• Proven experience working with ADP is required• Background in the construction industry is required• Strong expertise in union payroll and collective bargaining agreements• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional working style#LI-JS33#INAPR2026
