Recognized for our leadership in Apple device buybacks, we’re driven by innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. About the RoleThe Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient movement of devices and inventory while leading a team responsible for outbound and inbound shipment execution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing shipping workflows within a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations  Lead, coach, and support shipping and logistics team members  Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and shipment processing for outbound orders  Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries  Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation for incoming and outgoing devices  Ensure shipping workflows meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround goals  Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and operational issues as they arise  Enforce company safety standards and shipping procedures  Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to maintain workflow efficiency  Assist with process improvements to improve shipping accuracy and throughput  Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations  Strong organizational and time-management skills  Experience with shipping systems, inventory systems, and warehouse workflows  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software systems  Experience in consumer electronics, refurbishment, or distribution environments is a plus
