Machine Operator / Forklift Operator Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators/Forklift Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, moving materials throughout the facility, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to maintain quality production. Perform routine quality inspections on finished products. Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines as needed. Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Complete production and inventory documentation accurately. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with machine changeovers and minor troubleshooting when necessary. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift experience preferred. Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training may be provided). Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attendance and reliability are required. High school diploma or GED preferred.
