Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Milling CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality parts that meet our rigorous standards. You will collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Duties: Develop, set-up and optimize CNC milling programs (Fanuc, Haas and Okuma controls) Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate machining instructions. Set up and operate CNC mills for production runs, including tool changes, offsets, and fixture setup. Conduct test runs and adjust programs to ensure optimal performance and part quality. Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machine issues to minimize downtime. Monitor and inspect parts for adherence to specifications and tolerances. Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets, and process changes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency. Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming and operation Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control (Caliper, Micrometer, Etc.)
