Machine Operator

*Now looking for a Machine Operator in Cincinnati area!!* *Shift: *3rd 10pm-6:30am M-F *Rate: *$23.50 *Position Summary* We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Cincinnati area. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output while maintaining a safe work environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications * Load raw materials and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration * Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) * Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules * Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance * Maintain accurate production and quality records * Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures * Keep work area clean and organized *Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED required * 1+ year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools * Basic math and mechanical aptitude * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and reliability #IND2 Pay: From $22.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
