Job Title: Security Architect - Consultant (SOAR Engineer)Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension)Location: Fully Remote (Columbia, SC)Hours Per Week: 40Interview Type: 1 Round Virtual (Potential 2nd Round Onsite)Job Code: 10794 Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage security automation workflows using SOAR platformsSupport large IT environments and enterprise-level deploymentsDevelop and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similarIntegrate systems using REST APIs, JSON, and YAMLAlign automation use cases with MITRE ATT&CK frameworkWork in multi-tenancy, multi-agency environmentsSupport incident response and security monitoring use cases Required/Preferred Skills:Required Skills:Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology or Information Security related field; 8+ years of experience may substitute5+ years of experience with automation platforms or SOAR solutions5+ years supporting large IT environments and/or deploymentsExperience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)Experience with REST APIs, JSON, YAMLFamiliarity with MITRE ATT&CK frameworkExperience in multi-tenancy or enterprise environments Preferred Skills:CISSP, CISA, CISO or equivalent certifications (CEH, OSCP, GPEN)Vendor certifications in SOAR/AutomationExperience with Cortex XSOAR platformKnowledge of security monitoring and incident responseLocal to Columbia, SC preferredV Group Inc. is a NJ-based IT Services and Products Company with its business strategically categorized in various Business Units including Public Sector, Enterprise Solutions, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Projects, and Products.
