This role will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and helping drive financial accuracy across a complex multi-entity structure.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings strong technical accounting skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple business units. This position offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly scaling, PE-backed organization operating at the intersection of energy, technology, finance, and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:·      Prepare and post monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries. Ensure journal entries are supported by proper documentation.·      Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Monitor cash activity and assist with cash forecasting support.·      Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts. Identify discrepancies and propose corrective entries.·      Assist with preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation. Support external auditors during interim and year-end audits.·      Assist with identifying and documenting accounting policies and procedures.·      Assist with monthly management reporting packages. Prepare variance analysis. Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested by management.·      Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation·      Maintain fixed asset register and oversee capitalization and amortization.·      Support revenue recognition process and contract review.·      Partner with operations, AP/AR, and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy.Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance·      3 – 6+ years of progressive accounting experience·      Experience in multi-entity or PE-backed environment strongly preferred·      ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred·      Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)·      Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:·      Medical, dental, and vision insurance·      Company-paid Life Insurance·      Voluntary supplemental life insurance·      Short and long-term disability insurance·      Health Savings Account·      401(k) with a generous employer match
