Key Responsibilities: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear, actionable insights Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal defects Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage expectations and navigate competing priorities Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex concepts into meaningful business impact Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking ways to improve product quality, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborative teammate who models accountability, professionalism, and inclusive ways of working Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Product analysis , XML/JSON , SharePoint Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in product analysis, data analysis, or technical business analysis at a senior level Proven expertise in analyzing, mapping, and transforming complex data structures (XML, JSON) and implementing conditional logic for accurate data integration Experience using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics techniques for requirements development, prototyping, or test scenario generation Strong technical proficiency in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, refinement, and sprint execution Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences Experience supporting data-driven or platform-based products in financial services, mortgage, or regulated industries Understanding of loan eligibility, credit risk assessment, and closing data standards (ULDD, UCD, XML) Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technically robust product solutions Familiarity with automation, data validation, and quality assurance processes in a product environment Our client is a leading Banking Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
