Join us in providing exceptional home care and creating a positive aging experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToPerson-centered care: Individualized care, respect and dignity, and holistic focus Personal Care: Activities of daily living, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care assistance Meal Preparation: Grocery shopping, planning nutritious meals, cooking, and preparing meals Light Housekeeping Task: Cleaning, dusting, organizing, laundry, safety checks Companionship: Providing emotional and social support Transportation Services: Safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments, errands and shopping Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support: Understanding the stages of the disease process, focusing on person-centered care, preventing and easing behaviors End-Of- Life Support: Focusing on the dignity and quality of life for our clients, emotional and spiritual support for both client and family Enhanced Care Services: Medication reminders, mechanical lift responsibilities, transfer assistance, managing chronic conditions with coordination alongside of healthcare professionals Requirements To Be a Care ProfessionalAbility to deliver exceptional care for our clients and their property, maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect Complete a criminal background check, 39-Month Driving Record Check, and Drug Screen Obtain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Valid Auto Insurance Required to have a reliable personal vehicle in good working order, with fully operational air conditioning Demonstrates ability to engage with clients in a manner that is both friendly and professional.
