We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who can create a welcoming environment for children and their families while providing essential medical support.Key Responsibilities:Assist healthcare providers with pediatric examinations and proceduresDraw blood and administer vaccines with precision and careMaintain a friendly and comforting demeanor to ease children's anxietyPrepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organizationDocument patient information accurately and efficientlySupport patient education and answer basic questions in a caring mannerAdhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure patient and staff safetySkills and Qualifications:Prior experience in pediatric healthcare or medical assisting preferredAbility to draw blood and give vaccines safely and effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWarm, friendly, and patient personality with a good sense of humorStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situationsCertification in Medical Assisting or relevant healthcare training is a plusCompassionate attitude and a genuine interest in working with childrenWe foster a supportive and collaborative environment where growth and development are encouraged.
