The firm oversees labor, materials, budgets, and timelines to ensure highquality, compliant, and onschedule project execution. Job DescriptionOversee AP/AR functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor cost entry for timely payment processingConduct detailed job costing and financial tracking across multiple ongoing construction projectsMonitor project backlog and support commission structure calculations and reportingServe as a point of contact for client billing inquiries and collaborate closely with project managersManage vendor rebate tracking and ensure all insurance certificates (COIs) are current and compliantMaintain accurate cost coding, allocations, and supporting documentation for all projectsAssist with month-end close activities related to project financials and reportingUphold strong internal controls and ensure financial accuracy across all project accounting workflowsUtilize Sage Contractor 100 (preferred) and Procore to manage project financials, reporting, and documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
