0‑90 Days
Earn Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) license (agency‑funded)
Master our Story Brand‑based conversation flows
Place first 25 bundled policies with 90 % retention
12 Months
Hold P&C + Life/Health licenses; maintain 95 % renewal rate
Consistently write 50 + new policies per month; exceed retention, cross‑sell, and client‑satisfaction KPIs
Mentor new hires and qualify for Team Lead track
Responsibilities
Guide & Protect: uncover goals, frame solutions, and position our agency as the lifetime mentor in the client’s story
Relationship Stewardship: run disciplined follow‑up cadences that deepen trust and surface life‑stage changes
Growth Catalyst: cultivate referrals, community events, and AI‑assisted list mining—no robo‑dial scripts
Process Champion: follow our Quote Accountability Engine, CRM, and automations so nothing falls through the cracks
Team Collaborator: work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a bilingual, service‑obsessed crew that puts relationships first
MUST‑HAVES
Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)
Empathetic “people‑first, product‑second” mindset with the courage to ask for the business
Comfort with structured workflows and AI‑enabled tools (CRM, scripting, N8N)
Detail discipline—licenses, follow‑ups, and compliance always on point
Ability to secure Oregon P&C license within 30 days and Life/Health within 120 days (we pay fees & coaching)

Comprehensive Benefits:
Base Pay: $45,000 – $60,000
Performance Bonus: up to $30,000 tied to production & retention
Year‑1 Total Target: $75,000 – $90,000
