Senior Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Addison, TX / Pennington, NJ
Duration: 12–18 months

Schedule:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week*W2 ONLY, NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED*We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support an ongoing technology initiative within a financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver new features and enhancements
- Work across full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React
- Develop and maintain SOAP/REST services
- Work with Oracle databases, including SQL, packages, triggers, and performance tuning
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise coding, quality, security, and compliance standards
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and clear acceptance criteria
- Support production activities and resolve technical issues
- Participate in SDLC, planning, estimation, code reviews, and other engineering practices
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance as a team lead
Required Qualifications:
- 7–8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with SOAP/REST services
- Experience with Angular and/or ReactStrong Oracle database experience
- Financial services experience
- Experience with Tomcat and/or WebLogicFamiliarity with SDLC processes
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated career stability
