Position SummaryB2B Outbound /Inbound Caller is responsible for customer communications to promote and sell premium cigars.Major Areas of ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers from approved list by telephone or emailUse product knowledge to showcase the promotions being offeredUse Business Intelligence tools to track progress with new prospectsReport performance against weekly sales goals and objectives to ManagerMaintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss business needs and goalsSolicit tobacco related orders to maintain adequately supplied Santa Clara inventory in all accountsIntroduce new brands, sizes and packing to all accounts and customer contacts madeDevelop and maintain business relationships with B2B customersQuote prices to B2B customers, evaluate profits & margins, up sell, provide excellent customer service, process ordersPrepare daily business recap of contacts/transactions made for manager’s reviewSkills and Competences required3+ years of Direct Sales Experience (B2B)Strong organizational skills and time management skillsProficient with MS office and Outlook applications. Salesforce, AS400, Five9 is a plus.Strong work-ethic and flexibility to balance company and client business needsSolution-orientedExceptional interpersonal skillsCigar knowledge and experience a plusPhysical Requirements FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time.
