Supply Chain Analyst - Norfolk, VA
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Norfolk team. The Supply Chain Analyst will work directly with our Director of Supply Chain to oversee the order management process and assist with other supply chain projects. Experience is preferred but not required.Essential FunctionOversee the internal order management processTrack and communicate daily order status with warehouse personnel and field operationsMonitor internal inventory and manage inventory accuracyAssist with purchasing of supplies and supplier managementStandardize and manage workflow processes for order fulfillment in ERP and business softwareDevelop and create reports for Operations Leadership teamEffective communicator and organized in natureImplement and manage AI-powered automation solutions to streamline routine transactional tasksPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position in the downtown Norfolk, VA area. Occasionally, employee will be required to transit to Wakefield, VA area warehouse (a company floater vehicle is available). A company cell phone and laptop will be provided.
