This role serves as the owner of Health of Business Analytics (HOBA) and leads consumer promotions, trade activation, and sampling to deliver strong in‑market results.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth of Business Analytics (HOBA)Own weekly business reporting, tracking brand performance vs. plan, diagnosing key drivers, and proactively identifying opportunities and risksCompile monthly business analyses, including brand performance, competitive activity, and category trendsOwn NPI reporting, ensuring visibility to in‑market POS performance and consumer sentimentLead competitive defense, monitoring competitive dynamics and translating into business recommendationsForecasting & Financial ManagementInput forecasting assumptions as part of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) building blocks, partnering closely with Brand Leadership and Demand PlanningSupport planning cycles with timely, accurate inputs for media and promotionsAct as budget liaison, managing and tracking Brand Marketing Expense (BME)Consumer Promotions (CP)Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of national consumer promotions, coordinating across Brand Growth, Customer Strategy, CP SME and optimizing offers to drive incremental sales and strengthen brand loyaltySupport customer strategy teams by tracking promotional activity and maintaining visibility to promotional calendars and upcoming eventsSupport Holiday strategy, including retailer gift set development and amplification of key seasonal promotionsTrade Activation & Creative ExecutionLead trade marketing content development, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and objectivesDevelop local creative assets for consumer and trade promotions, including display materials and promotional contentCoordinate sampling initiatives across HCP and retailer channels, managing logistics and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless executionLead ratings and reviews programs for NPIRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, business analytics, or a related field, preferably within the CPG industryStrong understanding of omni-channel marketing, consumer promotions, and shopper marketing strategiesProven experience in asset development for in-store merchandising and trade activationExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market insights and performance metricsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsDesired QualificationsPassion for facial skincare and suncare, with knowledge of key competitors and market trendsHas experience working with customers in a selling capacityWhat’s In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$110.500,00 - $156.000,00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
