Overview As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Payroll AI and Data team, you design and delivery AI and ML solutions for global payroll products. You transform large HR and Payroll data into practical product experiences with production-ready models and AI features. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to scale solutions and improve payroll accuracy and efficiency. This role offers the chance to apply ML, NLP, and generative AI to enterprise problems, helping payroll admins and employees through data-driven, trustworthy automation.
