Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsVMware, Azure, Windows and LinuxRoles & Responsibilities (L2/L3 Only)Looking for senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and proven hands on experience working within Export Control Environment IndustryKey Responsibilities• Lead 24x7 global Citrix operations supporting enterprise users.• Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.• Manage and support:o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) / DaaSo Citrix Workspaceo Citrix ADC (NetScaler) / Gatewayo Citrix Director & WEM• Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments.• Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing.• Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications.• Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units.• Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability.Required Experience & Skills• 10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments.• Export Control Eligible• Expert level Citrix experience in large, global environments.• Strong Windows Server/Desktop OS experience.• Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• VMware experience• Enterprise migration / separation projects• Infrastructure background (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Backups)Generic Managerial Skills, If any
