Full Stack Engineer

Catalyst has built a trading platform for prediction markets, with live market data, account workflows, payments and payouts, internal operations tools, and admin systems. We're looking for a mid-level full-stack engineer who can help ship reliable product features across our backend, frontend, and infrastructure.You'll work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into production-ready software, improve core simulated trading workflows, build customer-facing and internal tools, and help us keep the platform fast, dependable, and easy to use.What You'll DoBuild and maintain full-stack product features.Develop backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and supporting services.Work on trading, account, payout, and admin workflows.Integrate with third-party services and cloud infrastructure.Debug issues across the stack and improve reliability.Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate tests.Collaborate with teammates to scope, build, review, and ship features.What We're Looking For3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern web development.Backend development experience, ideally with Go or a willingness to learn it.Comfort working with databases, APIs, authentication, and cloud-based systems.Ability to reason carefully about business logic where correctness matters.Strong debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.A product-minded approach to engineering.Nice To HaveExperience with prediction markets, financial products, trading, fintech, crypto, or payments.Experience with AWS, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code.Familiarity with real-time data, WebSockets, or event-driven systems.Experience building internal tools or admin dashboards.Experience with fraud, identity, or risk tooling.Tech StackGo, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Terraform.Startup experience BenefitsUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), taken in accordance with Company policy and subject to business needs and manager approval.Ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.Paid short and long term disability coverage, and life insurance.DetailsLocation: RemoteEmployment type: Full-timeTo apply: careers@tradecatalyst.comEqual Employment OpportunityCatalyst is an equal opportunity employer.
