DRCG's technical approach optimizes client investments by leveraging expertise in managing growth and transformation of existing IT environments.Contingent Upon Contract AwardDuties And ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily standupsLead sprint planning meetingsParticipate in sprint reviews and capture feedbackNote areas of improvementIdentify action items for future sprintsManage scrum board and ensure cards are up to dateManage Microsoft Project and JIRAMeet with team/individuals as requiredConsult with team membersManage reporting and analysisEliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocksQualifications/RequirementsTop Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilityActive Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certificationMinimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systemsProficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activitiesFamiliarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environmentsStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teamsProven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement across technical and stakeholder groupsJob Location Washington, DC 20395DRCG, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
