The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall conditions including curb appeal, preventive maintenance, general repairs, and ensuring that all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling, operate efficiently. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, responding to service requests, maintaining common areas, conducting inspections, assisting with renovations, and ensuring safety compliance across all properties. Professionalism and timely response to tenant needs are critical to this role.QualificationsExperience with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems maintenanceLight grounds/curb appeal care, landscape vendor oversight, and attention to detailProficiency in Troubleshooting, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance tasksKnowledge of Safety Policies, Procedures, and RegulationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants and team membersFamiliarity with Tools and Equipment used in building maintenanceAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is an assetPrevious experience in property maintenance or related field is highly desirableCapability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying itemsA valid driver's license is required
