*Job Summary* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen team members to join our team. This position requires a passion for food, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. * Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. * Buss tables and assist with the overall dining experience by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. * Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and operating kitchen equipment. * Participate in banquet preparations as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. * Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling practices is a plus. * A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and take on various kitchen responsibilities as needed.
