We are looking for career minded individuals who are looking to train, grow, and advance in their skills with a great manufacturing company located in Ithaca Michigan! * Opportunity for Career Advancement with positions available on our 3rd shift. *Great Benefit Package available upon day of hire that includes: * Paid vacation (accrue 2 weeks in 1st year) * 11 paid holidays * 401k with company match up to 6% * Opportunities for advancement and Career Progression * On the job training DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Follow all safety procedures. * Read and follow work instructions and procedures for the operation. * Verify proper components. * Operate a molding press, assembly machine or other equipment. * Perform quality inspections on parts produced. * Package parts * Complete all required paperwork. * Manufacturing experience and/or Injection Molding experience a plus but not required Skills Required: Ability to follow directions from and communicate with supervisors, technicians, and co-workers in a professional manner. Strong hand eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to work effectively as a team member with co-workers Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on quality and safety Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
