This person should be comfortable with cooking as well as interacting with guests in the FOH. This is a table side pasta cheese wheel presentation position. Applicants should have a high level of Pride and Passion for what they do.This position is for only PM shifts. Pasta cheese wheel service is from 5-cl. Each shift would be about 5 hours.
