Sales Manager | Full Service Hotel | Orlando MarketCompensation: $55,000 to $60,000 base plus bonusLocation: Greater Orlando areaWe are partnering with a well positioned, full service hotel in the Orlando market seeking a Sales Manager with strong local market knowledge. This role is focused on driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and strategic account development across key segments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across corporate, group, and leisure segmentsBuild and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and travel partnersProspect and secure new business while maintaining and growing existing accountsConduct site visits, client presentations, and outside sales callsCollaborate with revenue management and operations teams to align pricing and inventory strategiesTrack sales activity, pipeline, and performance against goalsRepresent the property at networking events and within the local community Qualifications2 to 5 years of hotel sales experience in the Orlando marketStrong understanding of local demand generators and business mixProven ability to generate new business and close dealsComfortable working both inside and outside salesStrong communication and relationship building skillsExperience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms preferred What This Role OffersStable, established property with strong market presenceOpportunity to take ownership of your market and accountsSupportive leadership team and clear revenue goalsCompetitive base salary plus bonus structure
