Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, growing company in the industrial distribution space to identify an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead credit and collections strategy while supporting continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to step into a strong existing team and drive process improvements, scalability, and smarter use of systems and reporting. Salary ranges from $90K-$110K depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of 3 (AR Manager + Analysts)Oversee credit approvals, limits, and collections strategyManage a portion of the AR portfolio and stay close to day-to-day activityImprove processes, workflows, and reporting for scalabilityPartner with sales and operations to balance growth and riskDrive ERP and system enhancements to increase efficiencyMonitor risk trends and support financial reporting/borrowing baseRequirements:5+ years of credit, AR, or finance experiencePrior leadership experienceStrong financial analysis and risk assessment skillsExperience with ERP systems and credit toolsProcess improvement mindset
