Beckons is growing it's global marketing capability to support a portfolio of extraordinary luxury lodges across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Chile. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to help drive demand, direct bookings, and measurable performance across our global markets.About the roleThe Manager, Global Performance Marketing leads digital acquisition programs that generate qualified demand, direct bookings, and revenue across Beckons’ global brand and Americas property campaigns.Working closely with agencies and internal teams this role focuses on optimizing paid media, search performance, and the website customer journey to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital acquisition platformsPartnering with external agencies to ensure campaigns are properly structured, targeted, and continuously optimizedMonitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to maximize ROIWork with an external SEO agency to support organic search visibility and evolving AI-driven discoveryOverseeing day-to-day website updates and improvements with the web development agencyOptimize the website customer journey through testing, landing page improvements, and conversion rate initiativesTracking campaign and website performance using GA4 and provide reporting and insights to support commercial decisionsAbout youYou are a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on performance and optimization.You bring:5–8 years’ experience in performance marketing with strong hands-on paid media expertiseExperience managing or working with digital marketing and web development agenciesStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and performance metricsExperience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or experience-led brands preferredAbout usBeckons is built around journeys of discovery for curious travelers seeking deeper connection to place, culture, and the natural world.
