We're hiring a Head of Growth to own our entire D2C growth funnel.---About HalfmoreHalfmore is democratizing a wealth-building strategy that has historically only been available to wealthy families: custodial Roth IRAs for children, funded through legitimate household employment. We replaced the lawyer, payroll provider, tax professional, bank, and brokerage typically required with a single AI-powered platform. What used to take 10+ hours and $3,000+ to set up now takes 10 minutes and $10 a month.With 22x growth in 2025 and 94% retention, we're proving this works at scale.We aim to create $2 trillion in retirement assets for everyday Americans, powered by AI and accessible to all.InvestorsWe've raised capital from leading investors, including Draper Associates, SoftBank's AI arm DeepCore, and the co-founders of SoFi. Families across the U.S. are already using Halfmore to give their kids a financial head start, and we're just getting started.The RoleWe're looking for a Head of Growth to own our direct-to-consumer growth engine from top to bottom.This is a 0-to-1 role for a consumer-obsessed operator who lives and breathes CAC, retention, conversion, and the creative chaos of finding where parents actually spend their time. You'll own every lever that drives a parent from "never heard of Halfmore" to "Halfmore is how I build wealth for my kids."You'll work directly with the founders to build a growth machine that's equal parts paid, organic, referral, community, and partnership. More than anything, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping families build generational wealth for their children and wants to build the communities that make that possible.What You'll DoOwn the full D2C growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Know every dashboard, every creative, every audience.Build and scale an organic engine: SEO, content, social, and owned community.Launch and scale a creator and affiliate program with parenting, personal finance, and family lifestyle influencers.Find parent communities where they actually exist (Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord, school parent networks, PTA lists, mom-influencer ecosystems) and figure out how to authentically show up in them.Design referral loops that make Halfmore spread parent-to-parent.Analyze CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, and channel attribution obsessively. Make decisions with data.Partner with product and engineering to improve onboarding, activation, and every conversion point that matters.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year:CAC payback under 12 months across multiple channelsMultiple organic channels (content, community, referral) contributing beyond paidA thriving creator and affiliate program driving a meaningful share of new signupsRetention and engagement metrics that prove parents love the productYou Might Be a Great Fit If You…Have 4+ years of growth experience at a D2C consumer company.Have fintech experience. You understand how trust, compliance, and financial products shape consumer growth in ways that don't apply to other categories.Have taken a consumer product from 0-to-1 or early to scale. You've lived the scrappy, pre-playbook phase and know how to find product-market fit inside a growth channel.Are fluent in CAC, LTV, retention, paid ads, organic channels, referrals, and partnerships, and you've actually executed across all of them.Genuinely love building communities. You've either built one yourself or have a track record of finding and activating the right ones.Have an intuition for where parents gather and how to earn their trust authentically.Feel a real pull to build something for the next generation.
