The ideal candidate will possess two to five years of relevant experience in complex commercial litigation and must hold an active CA bar license.Position Overview:The successful candidate will manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, preparing motions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and maintaining direct communication with clients.
