This team member will be responsible for operating mobile mammography units, performing mammograms, and ensuring high-quality imaging services to patients in various locations. This role requires excellent patient care, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.ResponsibilitiesOperate mobile mammography equipment to perform high-quality mammogramsEnsure patient comfort and safety during proceduresMaintain accurate patient records and documentationAdhere to all regulatory and safety standardsPerform routine maintenance and quality control checks on equipmentTravel to various locations as required, including community centers, workplaces, and healthcare facilitiesEducate patients about the mammography process and answer any questions they may haveCollaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient careQualificationsEducation:Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology programARRT certification in Mammography (M) requiredCompleted required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains activeActive state licensure, where applicablePrior Experience0 to 2+ years of experience as a Mammography (M) TechnologistSpecial QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travelPreferred QualificationsExperience with mobile mammography unitsCompany MessageAbout MedQuest ImagingFounded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States.
