IntroductionThe role involves ensuring high-quality standards in the assembly, bring-up, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing of vehicles. The focus is on developing and implementing quality checks and resolving issues during the manufacturing process. The role requires interaction with various departments including Corporate Quality, Vehicle Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Software.Required Skills & QualificationsEngineering Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial fields6-8 years of experience in quality/manufacturing engineeringExperience with creating FMEA process / Control Plan / APQPAble to work fully independently with minimal supervisionPrior work experience in the client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsAutomotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experienceProcess Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma / Shainin)CATIA V5/V6 experienceDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and integration of quality and functional checks into the manufacturing processConduct root-cause analysis for any assembly-related issuesDevelopment, implementation, and optimization of the End-of-Line processCreating and maintaining of PFMEAsDevelopment and Implementation of control plansAnalysis of quality data to improve the assembly and test processWork cross-functionally to help resolve supplier quality or design-related issues that occurred during the manufacturing processContribute to the definition and improvement of the company's Quality Policy and ManualCreate the procedures, instructions, and processes that will allow the company to align with international standards for Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9000, and similar)For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
