This is a role for someone who wants to run work-not just be part of it.What You'll DoAs a Superintendent at Williams Company, you are the on-site leader and face of the company. You are responsible for driving field execution, coordinating trades, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality from mobilization through closeout.Project Leadership & ExecutionLead all on-site construction activities from start to finishDevelop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheadsCoordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field staffMaintain project momentum by identifying and resolving issues proactivelyEnsure alignment with project plans, specifications, and company standardsSafety LeadershipLead by example in enforcing OSHA and company safety policiesConduct daily safety oversight, site walks, and coordination with tradesStop work when necessary and take immediate corrective actionFoster a culture where safety is non-negotiable and owned by everyoneQuality & AccountabilityImplement proactive quality control processes to prevent reworkLead pre-installation meetings and verify scope readinessInspect work in place and ensure compliance with plans and specsHold trade partners accountable to expectations and performanceClient & Team CommunicationServe as the primary field contact for clients, architects, and inspectorsCommunicate clearly, professionally, and proactively-especially when challenges ariseBuild trust by delivering on commitments and maintaining transparencyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for Superintendents who bring both technical expertise and leadership presence.
