Unarmed Security Guard (Graves)

Overview Taurus Protection Inc. is seeking a dedicated, professional, and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to write clear and detailed reports, and the use of a smartphone for daily operations. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking areas Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations Provide basic first aid or CPR when necessary Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to identify potential security threats Enforce site rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and effectively Work with law enforcement when required for incident reporting or investigations Complete clear, accurate, and timely written incident reports using a smartphone Identify and report suspicious behavior as part of loss prevention efforts Qualifications Current California Guard Card (Required) Must have own smartphone (required for reports and communication) Ability to write clear, detailed, and professional reports Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills Excellent attention to detail and observational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Shifts Available: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Full-Time) Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Full-Time) About Us Taurus Protection Inc. is a professional security services company committed to providing high-quality physical security and customer service.
